Fiction

  1. The Shack, written by Wm. Paul Young - Short of the Bible, The Shack provides the most compelling view into the heart of God I have ever read. Within these pages, I clearly recognize the Divine Love that reached into my darkness, radically transformed my life, and led me into the spectacular light of Grace!

  1. Riven, written by Jerry Jenkins - The characters in this book will capture your heart as they lead you on a roller-coaster journey that culminates in a startling conclusion. By the time I turned the last page, I was on my knees with my face to the floor weeping tears of gratitude for the incomprehensible, sacrifical love of my Savior.

  1. A Life That Matters, by Ron Hutchcraft - I purchased this book after hearing Ron speak at The Billy Graham Training Center, The Cove, in November 2007 and immediately bought dozens more to share friends, family, and Christian leaders within my community. Ron does a brilliant job of opening our eyes to the urgent need of those dying around us as he teaches us to accept our calling to become their spiritual rescuers.

Music

Is your heart stirred by music in the same way mine responds to a cleverly-crafted sentence? If so, be sure to check out this link to my son's website:
